Where were you born and where did you grow up?
I was born and raised in Sidney, Ohio.
What have you done to improve the Client Experience?
To improve client experience, I try to follow up with clients and find out if there is anything we can do to better meet their needs and clarify any confusion.
Clients really like it when…
We help them in a kind and welcoming way, leaving them with a positive experience.
What makes you most proud of working here?
I truly enjoy the work environment. It is welcoming, supportive, and kind. It is also a great environment to learn in.
What do you do in your free time?
In my free time, I like to hike, cook, read, play piano, and spend time with my family, friends, and dogs.
What is a fun fact about you that most people don’t know?
I usually read the last page of a book before I read the first page.
Do you have a favorite quote or motto?
I don't have a favorite quote or motto, but a phrase I try to live by is, "Treat others how you want to be treated." Everyone is going through something that we know nothing about, and if we treat each other with kindness and respect, then hopefully everyone's day is a little better.
Are you a cat or dog person (or fish, hamster, snake, etc.)?
I grew with cats and dogs, but I am more of a dog person. I currently have two dalmatians, and I love their companionship and personality.
Buckeyes, Browns, or Bengals?
Buckeyes. Scarlett and gray all the way.
