BUSINESS SERVICES

Our Core Business Values

Epling Law believes that our first responsibility is to understand your business needs and objectives before we offer our legal services and counsel. We also understand that neither is useful unless it is both timely and cost-effective.

Range of Business Services

Whether working with entrepreneurs or assisting an established business, our attorneys provide the guidance necessary for our clients to make informed decisions dealing with day-to-day challenges as well as with extraordinary events. We represent business clients in litigation and during periods of entrepreneurship, growth, reorganization, restructuring, mergers, sales, acquisitions and liquidation. We work with all types of entities, including corporations, smaller companies, partnerships, limited liability companies and sole proprietors, providing advice tailored to the needs and objectives of each client.

Statutory Agent Service

The statutory agent is often the only person associated with your business on the public record. To keep their personal lives separate from the business, owners will often name a 3rd party statutory agent. This 3rd party will be listed on the Ohio Secretary of State's business directory and will receive notices required by law (e.g. zoning violations, lawsuits, etc.) and forward to the owner(s). Epling Law provides a 3rd party statutory agent service for $99 per year. This is a flat fee and we don't nickel and dime you with additional fees, like forwarding fees.
